NEW FEATURE

Business Intelligence - New Business Intelligence section.

In the continuing effort to improve Business Intelligence and eliminate the existence of COs, the New Business Intelligence section has been added to the Business Intelligence and Reports application.

While the functionality appears identically, the backend has been improved to utilize the newly introduced TSsearchBO, allowing for the execution of searches and data extraction in a more generalized and configurable way.

Currently, only the Customer, Order, Order Gift, Script Jobs, User and Schedule objects can be executed through New Business Intelligence. The remaining objects will be moved in upcoming releases. The User and Schedule objects can no longer be executed from the existing Business Intelligence.

NEW FEATURE

Data Monkey - Supply source data directly into the Utilities application Data Management|Schedule page.

The User Input option has been added to the 'Type' dropdown on the General Configuration application Script Definition|Edit page. Selecting this option will allow you to enter the source information directly into the data management job.

NEW FEATURE

Payments - Support E-Check payment processing with TouchNet.

A new payment type, Electronic Check, has been added for use with the TouchNet (ACH) gateway. It allows users to make payments directly from their bank account.

TouchNet (ACH) has been added to the Payment Gateways list. The existing TouchNet entry has been renamed TouchNet (Credit).

TouchNet (ACH) only supports sales and voids. Refunds are not supported by TouchNet.

NEW FEATURE

Desktop - Batch Event Update

The new Event Configuration application Events|Batch Update page has been added. To access the tool, Events Batch Update Calendar must be enabled for the Application Security application Group|Content page's Event Configuration property.

The first iteration of the tool supports updates to the calendar values across a batch of events. Any arbitrary selection of events can be updated, including events from multiple venues. The tool will be extended over upcoming releases.

NEW FEATURE

Data Monkey - Dynamic Execution Fields

Script definitions (General Configuration application Script Defintion|Edit page) can now be configured with dynamic execution fields through parent and child field types.

For example, if a parent field is configured as 'Country' (bound to a list containing Canada and USA entries), and two child fields are configured to be 'Province/State' (each bound to a separate list), when a country is selected on the Utilities application Data Management|Schedule page, and 'Update Details' is clicked, the 'Province/State' field will be refreshed and the appropriate list will be available.

IMPROVEMENT

Desktop - New End of Day Summary Excel output and (fix the T that appeared between the 'Date' and 'Time' in CSV and XML extracts)

A new excel format has been introduced to the End of Day Summary report. This output will import the report into Excel, and each table in the report will appear on its own tab in the spreadsheet. For the EOD report, this means that Payments and Totals are on separate tabs.  This allows for easier integration and manipulation of data.  

In Business intelligence, the table will import into a single tab.

CSV and XML extracts no longer contain a T between the 'Date' and 'Time'.

IMPROVEMENT

Online - Added a user-friendly message/spinner that appears when online customers are returning to AudienceView from 3D Secure.

When online customers return to AudienceView from 3D Secure, the message Your order is being processed, this may take a minute or two appears accompanied by a spinner.

This message can be configured using the Registry application Registry::EN::Application::Online::3D Secure node's 'Processing 3D Secure' field.

IMPROVEMENT

Desktop - The display of admissions on the Customer Services application Offers|Summary page now works similarly to the Order|Summary page.

When the number of admissions on the Offer|Summary page exceeds the threshold set in the Registry application Registry::EN::Customer::Order node's 'Show Performance Admissions Threshold' field the admissions will be summarized. When the number is below the threshold, the individual admissions are displayed.

This node controls both the Order|Summary and Offer|Summary pages.

Desktop - Improved layout of the Event Configuration application Events|Pricing and GA page (also changed the tab name).

The Event Configuration application Events|Pricing page has been renamed Events|Pricing and GA page to better describe the configuration points found on the page. The layout of the page, including some labels, has been cleaned up, particularly the general admission section to improve the ease of use.

An information message 6154 has been added, informing users that if the 'Item Group' on a limit is set to Series, the event must have a 'Series' value.
