Pledge Portal - Selecting seats using Ballena Users who use a third-party venue seat selection service (currently only Ballena) to select seats can now pay for their seats and the required donation through the pledge portal in a single transaction. If the selected seats are not available then an error message appears. The landing page contains an article where links can be added to direct the user back to the third-party venue seat selection service. When users return to the Pledge Portal the selected seats and total amount due are displayed. Users are then given the option to login or create a new account. |
