NEW FEATURE

Pledge Portal - Selecting seats using Ballena

Users who use a third-party venue seat selection service (currently only Ballena) to select seats can now pay for their seats and the required donation through the pledge portal in a single transaction.

If the selected seats are not available then an error message appears. The landing page contains an article where links can be added to direct the user back to the third-party venue seat selection service.

When users return to the Pledge Portal the selected seats and total amount due are displayed. Users are then given the option to login or create a new account.

IMPROVEMENT

Convert the Offer Status report from XSL to JavaScript.

The Offer Status report has been converted to JavaScript. The labels can be configured in the Registry application Registry::EN::Application::Business Intelligence and Reports::Report Labels::Offer Status node.

The TSobjectHistoryBO and TSdataHistoryBO were no longer being used so they have been removed from the Registry.

Desktop - Remove the search results highlighting in Customer Services application Customer|History pages that is based on the type of customer account.

Previously, the rows in the search result tables thoughtout the Customer Services application Customer|History pages were highlighted if the customer is an Agent or a Shipping customer. The highlighting has been removed.

Batch Event Update - Added a warning message

When a user selects a single-value field to update on the Event Configuration application Events|Batch Update|Basic page and leaves the value blank, any original values in that field will be overwritten. A warning message now be displays, providing the names of the fields that will have their values removed. Users can choose to continue or cancel the batch update..

Core NCOA script not working if the source file is a extract from the BI using .CSV template

The Customer Address Extract BI query and the NCOA - Customer Updates script were adjusted to work with the Business Intelligence CSV Report Extract (text/csv) extract template instead of the CSV with count and rank extract template.

The 'Source Key Column' for the NCOA - Customer Updates script is now Address ID instead of Rank.
