NEW FEATURE

Apple Wallet

Using the new General Configuration application Tickets|Digital Wallet page, you can create a branded, digital ticket that can be downloaded to Apple Wallet. This provides customers with a convenient way to carry their tickets on their phones.

Regardless of the initial delivery method, if a ticket is printed and the ticket template has digital wallet configuration then the ticket can be added to a digital wallet. For example, if a customer chooses to have tickets delivered by Mail, once the tickets have been printed the customer can download the tickets through their online accounts and add them to their wallets. Since the tickets in the digital wallet are more like representations of already printed tickets, no reprinting or re-issuing is done. Both sets of tickets are valid.

Once a ticket has been downloaded, the Add to Wallet links will appear on the:

•Email Order Confirmation - if the customer selected Email

•Online Order Summary/Confirmation page (viewOrders.asp) - if the customer selected Download

•My Account - Events and Tickets page (customerTickets.asp) - regardless of delivery method as long as the ticket has been printed

This page no longer displays tickets for admission-level customers.

If you add the digital configuration to a ticket template after tickets have been printed, those tickets will need to be reprinted before they can be added to Apple Wallet.

The 'CSV Criteria Headers Enabled (yes/no)' field and Registry application System::Application::Business Intelligence and Reports::Report Output node have been added.

If the option is set to yes, the .CSV output will include the report's criteria (similar information to the HTML output). This is a global option which affects all core reports.

By default, this is set to no.
