Online - Payment Plans Online payment plans allow users, under specific conditions configured by a Desktop user, to pay for bundles, events, gifts or other items through a payment plan over a set period of time with set installments of defined frequency. Online payment plans are an extension of the existing schedule payment/ad hoc payment plan functionality found on the Customer Services application Order|Summary page. Scheduled payments can still be created the old way - individually for each order. The new Product Configuration application Payment Plans section reduces some of the work by allowing you to create a reusable payment plan that only needs to be added to sellable items using the new 'Payment Plan' field. Customers can also update their own expired credit card information rather than forcing a Desktop user to manually update the payment information on each installment. The Customer|History|Payment Plans page has been added to Customer Services so you can easily understand which individual customers have active or complete payment plans under the customer’s history.
Other changes made by payment plans include: •A new payment plan page online (paymentPlans.asp) •A new Product Configuration application Payment Plans section •The ability to enable payment plans by payment methods (Payment Methods|Basic page's Support Payment Plan 'Option') •The ability to configure which payment plans are available to specific items ('Payment Plan' field on all sellable items) •More frequencies have been added to the schedule payment/ad hoc payment plan functionality (Bi-Monthly, Semi-annually and Annually) •The existing and limited renewal payment plan functionality has been replaced with the new workflow

Report - Add the Per Ticket Charges by Price report. The Per Ticket Charges by Price report is used for reporting ticket sales taxes to local authorities, It can also be used in any situation where a breakdown of admission-level charges by price type, by price type group or by admission price is required.
In general the totals in this report are expected to match the Charges Report, assuming the criteria are the same and that only admission-level charges are included. This report does not include order level charges, bundle level charges, delivery method charges, nor any charges on those charges (e.g. a tax on a delivery method charge). |
