Payment Plans - Configure the first payment date. The 'First Payment Date' field has been added to the Product Configuration - Payment​ Plans|Details page. When a date is set, customers will make their first payment plan installment on that date and will not have to make a payment when the order is created. This field is off by default. Once the first payment date has passed, customers will have to make an initial payment when they create their orders.
This feature is recommended for tokenized gateways only. This ensures that the first payment and credit card can be validated before the payment is scheduled. |
