FlashParking Integration

If you have a FlashParking enabled parking lot, you can create an event using the FlashParking 'Delivery Gateway' to sell parking. Customers can then use these admissions to scan into your parking lot.

IMPROVEMENT

Display the section name and quanity of GA tickets on the invoice/confirmation.

This change has been made for single tickets and bundle tickets.

The GA seat numbers are no longer shown.

IMPROVEMENT

Event Configuration - Admissions Management symbols.

A U was incorrectly displayed when the same seat was on an offer for multiple events, and the price zone, hold type and fill zone matched.

An R is now displayed. This is consistent with the behaviour for single events.

IMPROVEMENT

Selecting a GA event from the Customer Services - Events|Search page will open the Events|Best Available page.

Selecting reserved and mixed seating events will still open the Events|Seat Map page.

'Venue Type' was added as a result member to all BI queries that are saved to the Saved Seat Search folder, so you will now see a 'Venue Type' column in any search results on the Customer Services - Events|Search page. 'Venue Type' was also added to Default Seat Search query.

IMPROVEMENT

Split the Event Configuration - Pricing and GA page into two separate pages.

Pricing is now configured on the Events|Pricing page, and GA seats are configured on the Events|General Admissions page.

This change improves the usability of both pages, especially when there are a large number of price charts or a general admission allocations.

IMPROVEMENT

HIde the simple pricing and price zone sections of the  Event Configuration - Events|Pricing page.

The simple pricing and the price zone sections were introduced to manage pricing created using the Event Owner Portal, and are not widely used.

These sections can be displayed by selecting Events Simple Pricing from the Event Configuration property on the Application Security - Group|Content.

IMPROVEMENT

Payment Plans - Configure the first payment date.

The 'First Payment Date' field has been added to the Product Configuration - Payment​ Plans|Details page. When a date is set, customers will make their first payment plan installment on that date and will not have to make a payment when the order is created. This field is off by default.

Once the first payment date has passed, customers will have to make an initial payment when they create their orders.

This feature is recommended for tokenized gateways only. This ensures that the first payment and credit card can be validated before the payment is scheduled.

Performance v Event.

As part of the transistion to use more generic terminology, the word performance was replaced with event in:

•The configuration pages for price charts, contracts, memberships, passes and promotions.

•The Customer Services - Order|Search page, and in Order BI.

•Seventy-five warning and info messages.

Six messages were removed because they are no longer used.

IMPROVEMENT

Update the Funds Detail report.

'Paid Amount' and 'Unpaid Amount' columns for each fund have been added to the summary and detail outputs.

'Goal' and '% of Goal' columns were added to the summary output. The goal amounts can be filtered by goal date, using new goal criteria.

A 'Unique Donor Count' column was added to the summary output, and some labels were updated for improved clarity.

You can select specific admissions and print them only if they are not Listed.
