The following table outlines the changes made in AudienceView 7.33.0:
FUTURE FEATURE |
Ticket Exchanges We are developing a new, rule-based exchange feature. In the meantime, you might see some new permissions, pages and fields. They are not quite ready yet, but we will let you know as soon as you can start using them. |
|
IMPROVEMENT |
API - New authentication and logout endpoints for v2 While the previous methods of authenticating API session still work, the following calls should be used to login/out of sessions: •https://{AVSERVER}/app/WebAPI/v2/session/authenticateUser •https://{AVSERVER}/app/WebAPI/v2/session/logout |
AV-6032 |
IMPROVEMENT
|
Add Groups to the Content Management - Sites|Branding page. Groups can be assigned to a site's branding, granting customers the assigned group's permissions. Permissions/content are a union of base site's groups and the branded site's groups while the customer is on the branded site. |
AV-6687 |
IMPROVEMENT |
Online - Index searches based on bundle exchange rule timeframes. The indexing rules for searches were relaxed to include all events with future off-calendar dates, regardless of their on-calendar dates. This will be used with the future ticket exchange feature, and will allow you to offer off-sale events for exchanges. |
AV-6948 |
IMPROVEMENT |
New Scalper/Bot Protection We have updated our scalper prevention/bot protection integration to use Google's reCAPTCHA v2. The service is free with any Google account. We recommend using either your existing Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics account, or creating a specific account. reCAPTCHA uses the language and locale set on the customer's computer. It does not use the site's settings. |
AV-8524 |
IMPROVEMENT |
Add the Venue Admission Types to the 'Venue Type' field on the Customer Services - Events|Search page. This allows you to select the venue type instead of entering it. |
AV-6714 |
IMPROVEMENT |
Online - Remove bundle admission amounts from the Events and Tickets page. The amounts for the individual elements within a bundle are no longer visible. |
AV-8588 |
IMPROVEMENT |
Add 'Venue Type' to the 'Field' dropdown on the Articles|Criteria page. |
AV-7591 |
IMPROVEMENT |
Collapse all of the admissions on the Customer Services - Order|Bundles|Seats page, by default. |
AV-7549 |
FIXED |
Email Marketing report is not reporting email click-throughs correctly. Changes to how the system stored authentication data caused the reporting error. The issue has been resolved. There are some known, related issues when using BI to with report on click-throughs that will resolved in a future release. |
AV-2452 |
FIXED |
Credit card numbers could temporarily be displayed in the Desktop when an ad hoc payment plan is updated. |
AV-3107 |
FIXED |
RedCard - Sometimes customers are charged after orders are rolled back. The rollbacks only occurred where there were order failures after a successful payment if the payment had multiple 3D Secure authentication requests (the customer had to retry the payment). In these cases the order payment would not be reversed when the order was reversed, and the customer might have been charged for an incomplete order. This no longer happens. |
AV-6419 |
FIXED |
Saving a Copy of a bundle with a pricing 'Assignment' by Element causes the original bundle to drop the assignments and causes a database error.
While this fix prevents the issue from happening again, if you have been affected by this issue you will need a data fix. |
AV-6447 |
FIXED |
'Delivery Gateway' is missing from the Event Configuration - Event|Batch Update|Basic page. |
AV-6656 |
FIXED |
Remove the redundant Event GA Seats option from the Application Security - Group|Content page's Event Configuration property. |
AV-6715 |
FIXED |
Order level bundle charges are charged more then once. Bundle charges no longer need to be configured with a 'Cap' of 1, and can just be added to the Bundles|Charges page as an Order charge. |
AV-6751 |
FIXED |
New BI - Sites do not have access to site branding information. |
AV-6853 |
FIXED |
An error occurs on the viewOrder.asp page when purchasing a bundle if the Twitter widget is activated site-wide. |
