NEW FEATURE

Desktop Exchange Work-flow

A new desktop bundle exchange work-flow has been introduced. The work-flow is streamlined and easy to use, and allows desktop users to exchange bundle admissions using the same exchange functions as the online exchange flow. This means that, just like online exchanges, the exchange can be controlled by the exchange rules on the bundle, and that the exchange-to event remains part of the original bundle instance.

New Desktop Theme - In the Spotlight

As part of our corporate re-branding, a new theme called In the Spotlight has been added.

The new theme is set as the default for new installations. If you have already selected a default theme, your selection will not be overridden when you upgrade.

Add the TSperformanceSearchBO

The TSperformanceSearchBO inherits the TSsearchBO functionality and extends it to support event-specific search functions.

This BO will eventually replace the TSperformanceCO, but it is currently limited to event searching in the context of exchanges when searching for Exchange-To events in the Desktop exchange work-flow.

The BO uses the following doWork methods:

▪load: Loads saved BIs

▪search: Standard search

▪bundleExchangeSearch: Searches specifically for bundle exchanges based on bundle exchange rules

The preloaded Exchange Events Search BI used to search for Exchange-To events in the Desktop exchange work-flow. 'Default Exchange Events Search' has been added to the Application Security - User|Preferences and Roles|Preferences pages.

This change allows for failed refunds to be automatically voided in cases where necessary. After a refund has been voided, it will no longer be seen in  AudienceView Unlimited.

Renewal Utility running Remove Performance with replacement Miscellaneous Item throwing error

When using the Renewal Utility to remove admissions from orders, using the option to add a balancing miscellaneous item to the orders was causing the utility to fail with an error. This issue has been resolved and adding the miscellaneous item now works as expected.
