Updated the error message that displays when the system fails to add a ticket to Apple Wallet from a confirmation email.

The previous message included irrelevant system information that implied the problem could be solved. The message now says, This ticket can’t be added to Apple Wallet. This message can appear when the ticket has been canceled in the Desktop, or when the Apple Wallet zip file fails for a technical reason.

Web API - Added a way for applications to directly supply the user agent session property to the application server.

This is in addition to the automatic extraction of that property from the message header during session initialization. This change is required for implementations that need the user agent but use a proxy service that alters the header.
