The following table outlines the changes made in AudienceView Unlimited 7.50.0:

 

We’ve partnered with SparkPost to provide a more reliable email delivery service.

SparkPost improves visibility to email delivery problems and reduces the likelihood of temporary suspensions by email service providers.

Initially the SparkPost integration is being used by a small number of selected clients.

If a miscellaneous item in a bundle did not have a price set within a bundle, an error message displayed when adding the bundle to an order.

If a bundle price is not set for a miscellaneous item, the price is picked up from the item itself.

Online - Adjusted Font Sizes.

To meet the requirements of the New York State legislation around displaying ticket pricing, we adjusted some font sizes in the ticket purchase flow.

When the fee breakdown is displayed during seat selection (the Display Fees 'Option' for the Internet role is enabled), the font size for the total price is now larger than the font size for the base prices and the fees.

Online - Admissions displayed multiple times in customers' My Account - Events & Tickets pages if those tickets were scanned multiple times (successfully or unsuccessfully).

Events and admissions are only displayed once on this page regardless of their ticket scan statuses.

Online - Events and admissions did not display on the My Account - Events & Tickets page if the tickets were printed and then cancelled.

Events and admissions always display on the My Account - Events & Tickets page regardless of the ticket statuses.

Online - Orders with a fixed amount gift cards could not be completed if the locale was set to French.

Fixed amount gift cards can now be purchased in all locales.

Event settlements were not correctly reporting charge payment allocations.

The allocations are now correct in the Organization - Settlement|Settlement page's Detail - Payments section, the Summary - Deductions - Payment Methods section (when a payment method is set as a deduction) and the Summary - Deductions - Payment Fees section (when payment fees are set).

Event settlements were not removing deducted charge values when calculating payment commissions.

When the contract's 'Payment Fee Calculation' is set to Exclude Deducted Charge Types, payment fees exclude the deducted charge types as expected.

The package.json files that reside on the application servers are no longer accessible through HTTPS.
This improves security.

Digital ticket transfer statuses were not always visible in multi-server environments.

Digital ticket transfer is a feature being tested by select clients.

Accertify anti-fraud scoring is now available to Bluefin clients to  reduce fraudulent online payments.

When a high-risk transaction is detected, the payment is declined and customers are directed to contact their banks.

To start using Accertify, go to the Registry - System::Configurations::Payment Gateways::Bluefin node.

API - If the web client disconnected unexpectedly the database connection could be left open, resulting in unnecessary load on the database server.

In this scenario the connections are now closed.
