Profiles and events cannot be created using in Internet Explorer 11 when rich text values are added. |
This has been corrected in AudienceView 7.5.0. There is a compatibility issue between Internet Explorer 11 and the current version of CKeditor. When rich text values are added using Internet Explorer 11, CKeditor inserts an additional, unwanted tag into the field. The rich text validation within AudienceView has been updated to accept this tag. This is a workaround until the version of CKeditor is upgraded in a future release.
This fix replaces the fix (AVD-11993) introduced in AudienceView 7.4.0. |
