Certain computed values do not print on a ticket when the miscellaneous item of 'Type' is Other.

All order Item computed values now print for all types of miscellaneous items.

Seats on hold cannot be added to an order although the order customer has an active promotion granting access to the hold.

Customers can access all of the holds granted to them via promotions.

Cannot add a request to an order that contains a promotion code.

The Hold Type Range report is sorting the rows in alphabetical order.

Rows are now sorted by 'Sys Row' and 'Sys Seat', ensuring that rows are sorted in the order in which they are configured rather than by the row 'Label'.

In load balanced environment actual client IP is not logged by the application.

In load balanced environments, the IP address of the original request sender will be recorded, not the IP address of the balancer as before.

Using the Business Intelligence CSV Report Extract as extract template will cause the datamonkey to crash

An extra row was being added to the CSV file causing the job to crash.

The DataMonkey now skips blank rows and no longer crashes.
