IMPROVEMENT

Make the creation of bundle versions consistent when creating new bundle.

'Add Version' buttons have been added to the Bundles|Elements, Bundles|Stored Value Items, Bundles|Miscellaneous Items and Bundles|Gifts pages. Versions are no longer automatically added to any of the lists pages when creating a new bundle.

IMPROVEMENT

Validate that version exists when a membership is created.

A validation message now appears when creating a membership that does not contain a version. This prevents the creation of memberships without versions, which in turn resolves AVD-8900.

Convert the Ticket Usage report from XSL to JavaScript.

The Ticket Usage report has been converted to JavaScript.

The labels can be configured in the Registry application Registry::EN::Application::Business Intelligence and Reports::Report Labels::Ticket Usage node.

Improve the message that appears when a user attempts to create a batch of events, but the selected criteria will not create any events.

A validation message has been added that warns users when their selection of 'First Date', 'Last Date' and 'Days' are invalid, resultingin no events being created.

Add the section name to status bar on Event Configuration application Admissions Management pages.

The status bar in the Event Configuration application Admissions Management pages displays the section name as well as the row and seat and status of each admission.

Improve navigatiion between screens in Event Configuration application Admissions Management pages.

Previously, when updating the price, hold or fill values on admissions and then changing screens using the black navigation arrow, the updates would be lost with no indication to the user.

The user is now asked whether they would like to save their updates before moving to the next screen or discard them.

After selecting a 'Gift' on the Product Configuration application Bundles|Gifts page, the 'Default Appeal' and 'Default Fund' lists should be displayed without having to click 'Update Details'.

It is no longer necessary to click 'Update Details' to get the 'Default Appeal' and 'Default Fund' dropdowns to populate.

Cannot sort events within a Fixed bundle element that do not have a 'Start Date/Time'.

Events within a bundle are now sorted by event 'Start Date/Time' (performance_start_date) first, and then alphabetically by 'Event Code' (performance_name).

Events that do not have a 'Start Date/Time' are grouped before events with a 'Start Date/Time'. Within that grouping they are sorted by 'Event Code'.

If an event 'Start Date/Time' is not known when the bundle goes on sale, the 'Event Code' can be configured to provide some logical sorting.

This change affects event sorting on pages in the bundle sales flow in the AudienceView Desktop and online. It does not affect sorting on the Product Configuration application Bundles|Elements page.

When a customer with a pass buys an extra ticket for an event and the additional ticket is reprinted, Ticket Status Invalid is returned when the pass is scanned.

Cancelling a ticket on a pass would prevent other admissions on the pass from being scanned.  Now any pass (or any item with a ticket number) will scan even if other items with the same ticket number are cancelled, as long as there is at least one 'valid' (i.e. not cancelled) ticket.

There are hardcoded labels on the Customer Services application Customer|Calendar page.

Configurable labels have been added to the Registry application Application::EN::Customer::Calendar node. These are used on the Customer Services application Customer|Calendar page, replacing the hard-coded labels which were used previously.

Values that were previously under Registry application Application::EN::Customer::Activities::Activity Calendar node have been moved to Application::EN::Customer::Activities (colour values) and Application::EN::Customer::Calendar (labels) nodes.

Order-to-order renewals are not adding payments to the renewal orders.

When executing an order-to-order renewal job with renewal payments, the renewal orders are now paid off as expected.

When creating an order-to-order renewal job using renewal payment methods, ensure that:

•The 'Payment Type' on the Utilities application Renewal|Details page is set to either Payment or Both.

•The source orders for the renewal have a 'Renewable Payment Method' set on the Customer Services applicaiton Order|Summary page.

•If the destination gift set in the 'Gift To' field on the Utilities application Renewals|Gift page has a fixed amount configured, the renewal order will set the renewal gift amount to the fixed amount. If the destination gift does not have a fixed amount configured, the renewal order will set the renewal gift amount to match the gift amount on the source order.

Reusing a ticket number (the ticket number was previously assigned to a ticket, then cancelled, then the same ticket number was imported) fail when being scanned.

Any ticket number can be reused and will scan even if other items with the same ticket number are cancelled as long as there is at least one 'valid' (i.e. not cancelled) ticket.
