Worldpay provides an application called ipc3-app, which is run from the command line to start/stop/configure the IPS service.
The following outlines the steps to install and configure the service. For detailed instructions, refer to IPS Installation Steps.
•The ipc3-app application is in the Worldpay IPS MUATE package.zip and should be unpacked locally to the C: drive.
•Locate the certificate named FIS.cer and import into Trusted Root Certification Authorities using the Certificate Manager.
•In Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security, add two new Inbound rules to open port 7080 (Worldpay POS Client) and 9080 (Worldpay Payment Terminal Connection).
•Use the IPS Control Center to generate unique license codes.
•Once a payment device is configured, create the pay point following the instructions in the Add one or more pay points section of the IPS Installations Steps.
•Ensure the configured device is paired with the new pay point.
•Once complete, the device loads the pay point profile and reboots. The pay point name appears at the bottom of the LCD
