Whether your ticket scanners will be using Internet Explorer or Symbol PocketBrowser to use Access Control, you must set the default home page.
To set your mobile computer’s home page:
1.Launch Internet Explorer.
2.Choose an option:

•In the address bar, enter the URL to access Access Control. For example, https://[server]/gatemanagement where [server] is your domain or server name. •Once the page loads, select 'Tools' and then click 'Options'. •On the General tab, click 'Use Current'. •Click 'OK'. |

•Select the View menu and then click 'Internet Options'. •On the General tab, enter the Access Control URL. For example, https://[server]/gatemanagement where [server] is your domain or server name. •Click 'OK'. |
The next time you open Internet Explorer or Symbol PocketBrowser, this page will open by default.
