The accountPoints.asp page displays the loyalty points that customers have accrued through incremental memberships. Loyalty scores will only appear once a point has been accrued (displaying the Points - No Loyalty Points article). Once a point has been earned, the applicable membership/point information will be displayed, along with the Points - Points Information article.
The page does not display the deletions of points. If the loyalty score is reduced to zero, the incremental membership will be removed.
