Customers can opt to create ad hoc offers for themselves by creating an online reservation. Customers can use online reservations to hold on to tickets and merchandise for a short period of time. For example, reservations can be used if customers need to check their schedules before committing to an event; they can put the order on reserve until they have chance to verify their schedules.
