In addition to being able to add email preference filters to mailing lists, the 'Communication Preferences', 'Message Source' and 'Marketing Preferences' dropdowns on the Correspondence - Messages|Basic page can be used as an extra filter on top of those defined within the associated mailing list. To prevent users from accidentally selecting the incorrect option, the dropdowns can be configured with default, read-only values.
