Customer and order information appears in the top-right corner of each page in Customer Services (except on the End of Day Balance section).
This tracker displays:
•The customer number, and the default contact's last name (agent and billing customer)
•The order customer’s current account balance
•The order number, and the number of seats currently on the order.
A link to the most recently saved order appears at the top of each page in Customer Services (except on the End of Day Balance section). Click the link to load the order and open the Order|Summary page.
