You can close a payment gateway batch.
To close a payment gateway batch:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Payment Gateways tab.
3.The Payment Gateways|Search page appears, displaying all of the configured payment gateways and their associated terminals.
4.Select the 'select?' check box next to the payment terminal(s) that you want to close batch(es) for.
5.Select the appropriate payment gateway that you want to reset from the 'Payment Gateway' dropdown.
6.Click 'Close Batch'
7.A window confirms that the batch was closed.
8.Click 'OK'.
