To enable your users to print tickets using the kiosk, you must define a kiosk-specific delivery method.
To create a Kiosk-specific delivery method, perform the following:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Delivery Methods tab.
The Delivery Methods|Search page appears.
3.Click 'Create New'.
The Delivery Methods|Basic page appears.
4.Enter the name for the delivery method in the 'Name' field.
5.Select Pick Up Now from the 'Type' dropdown.
6.Select Tickets from the 'Options' field.
7.Select Kiosk from the 'Roles' field.
8.Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the delivery method was created.
9.Click 'OK'.
Now you can add this delivery method to events that you are making available for sale within the kiosk and define this as the default delivery method for the Kiosk role. You can define this as the default delivery method using the Application Security - Roles|Basic page.
