Changing the date/time settings in the Registry will impact all searches, including searches in Customer Services.

To modify the subtype of a date/time criteria to ignore the current time:

1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.

2.Navigate to the Registry::EN::Collection Objects node.

3.Browse to the date field that you want to work with.
For example: Registry::EN::Collection Objects::TSCustomerCO::Field::Customer Create Date.

4.Select Duration Date Only from the 'Subtype' dropdown.

5.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
