Default Release, Reprint & Unprint Reasons

You can set default values for the 'Release Reason' and 'Reprint/Unprint Reason' fields. These values are used when users attempt to release seats or reprint/cancel admissions.

By default, an alert will appear whenever a user attempts to release seats, reprint admissions, or cancel admissions. You can turn off this alert using the Reprint cancel reason requirements key on the Registry - Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO node.

To set the default release reason:

1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.

a.To set a default release reason, navigate to the Registry - Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Order::Release Reason node.

b.To set a default release reprint or unprint reason, navigate to the Registry - Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Order::Cancel Reason node.

2.Enter the text that you want to display in the 'Default Value' field.

3.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
