Basic Business Intelligence queries are included to use to perform searches in Utilities. All procedures describe how to search using the default queries provided
You can access Business Intelligence queries created by you and those created by others that are Readable or Public.
When creating a BI query, ensure that the appropriate ID result member is also selected (when creating a Customer BI for use in the Utilities - Customer pages, ensure that Customer ID is one of the included result members).
In addition, your organization can create additional Business Intelligence queries to search for information specific to your needs using Business Intelligence and Reports.
