Before you can print Fortress-compatible tickets and passes, you must provide details pertaining to the Fortress-enabled printers being used.

Caution The printer name must match the PrinterCode in Fortress. For field mappings, refer to Fortress Configuration Mappings. |
To configure a Fortress printer:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the System::Configuration::Printers node.
3.Click 'New Node'.
A new printer node appears.
4.Specify the name of the Fortress-compatible printer in the 'Node Name' field.

Caution The 'Node Name' value must match a PrinterCode value in Fortress. |
5.Select Remote Printer from the 'Type' dropdown.
6.Select Fortress from the 'Gateway' dropdown.
7.Specify the name of the Fortress-compatible printer in the 'Name' field.
8.Select Card Stock (stock configured in Configuring Fortress Stock) from the 'Stock' dropdown.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
