The pass name must match the ProductCode in Fortress. For field mappings between, refer to Fortress Configuration Mappings.
To create a Fortress pass:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Passes tab.
The Passes|Search page appears.
3.Click 'Create New'.
The Passes|Basic page appears.
4.Specify the name of the new pass in the 'Name' field.

Caution The 'Name' must match a Product Code in Fortress. |
5.Select the name of the Fortress-compatible pass template (configured in Creating Fortress Pass Templates) from the 'Pass Ticket Template' dropdown.
6.Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the pass was created.
7.Click 'OK'
