You can use the Passes|Basic page to create new passes, modify existing passes or delete existing passes.

The pass details section of the General Configuration - Passes|Basic page contains the following properties:

Unique identifier for the pass. |

A description of the pass. |
Group |
Group passes with other passes with the same 'Group'. This is used in conjunction with the selected 'Customer Option'. For example, if you have many passes in the 2024 Passes 'Group' and select Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group, then customer can only have one of the 2024 Passes. |
Event Options |
Store more than a one admission per event on the pass. |
Customer Options |
Determine how many passes with the same 'Group' customers can hold at once. •Customers can have more than one pass in the same pass group •Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group •Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group, and photo ID is required |
Pass Ticket Template |
The template used when printing the pass. |
Delivery Gateway |
The gateway that you want to use if you have a third-party access control integration (Fortress) so that passes can be printed/scanned. |

Store additional information specific to your organization. Any data entered into these fields is searchable through Business Intelligence. To modify a multidata field label, navigate to the Registry - Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSpassBO::Pass node and select the field that you want to re-label. |
