If there are any events that you do not want to go through the gateway (do not want to print in Fortress), you need to indicate them on the Fortress gateway node. For example, away game tickets may not be printed through Fortress.
To exclude events from printing through the Fortress gateway:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the System::Configuration::Gateways::Fortress node.
3.Enter the event codes for the events that you do not want to print in Fortress in the 'Excluded Events' field.

You can use regular expressions to enter wildcard information in this field (Park(ing)?$ will exclude events that end in Park or Parking, such as: 2024-CC4 Car Park and 56-L10 Car Parking.

4.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
5.Click 'OK'.
