The Application Security - Users|Search page allows you to search for and select previously saved user. When the 'Search' button is clicked, results that match the entered search criteria are displayed in the select user section. When a user is selected the Users|Basic page appears, allowing you to view and edit the basic details of the selected user.

The Application Security - User|Search page enables you to search for existing users using the following criteria:

Filters the search based on the user's user name. |
User Type |
Filters the search based on the type of user: •Desktop User: The user is a staff member who uses the Desktop. •Online User: The user is a customer. The user was either created online or was added to an existing account using the Customer Services - Customer|Users page. |
Contact First Name |
Filters the search based on the user’s first name. |
Contact Last Name |
Filters the search based on the user's last name. |
