By saving a BI query to a folder you can make the query available to perform searches within other areas of the Desktop. This enables you to create custom searches based on your organization’s needs. For those users who do not have access to Business Intelligence and Reports, saving the query to the Executive BI folder enables them to access custom queries that they require.

The following table describes the available folders by object, from where the query can be accessed, and any required result members.
