You can configure different Google Analytics accounts for each of the sites that your organizations uses. This allows you to more accurately collect and report on user traffic information. Any Google Analytics information set against a site will override the information set in the Registry.

Google Analytics account information can also be added to a specific article so that even more granular information can be tracked.

To enable Google Analytics for a specific site:

1.Ensure that you have enabled Google Analytics for online.

2.Open Content Management from the Desktop.
The Sites|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the site that you want to work with.
The Sites|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Applications tab.
The Sites|Applications page appears.

5.Select Google Analytics from the 'Applications' field.

6.Click 'Add Attribute'.
A new attribute row appears.

7.Select Google Analytics Account Code from the 'Name' dropdown.

8.Enter the Google Analytics account code that you received when you created the account in the 'Value' field.

9.If your organization is using Google Analytics affiliations:

a.Click 'Add Attribute'.

b.Select Google Analytics Affiliation from the 'Name' dropdown.

c.Enter the Google Analytics affiliation that you want to use for the site in the 'Value' field.

10.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the site was updated.

11.Click 'OK'.
