Once an image is embedded in the text, you can alter the image properties.
To edit the image properties of an image:
1.Right-click on the image that you want to edit.
The image edit menu appears.
2.Select 'Image Properties'.
The Image Properties lightbox appears.
3.Edit the image properties as required.

Information Ensure that the image URL is an absolute path containing http: or https: (depending on your organization). If the image that you have inserted does not contain http: or https: the image will not render in the body of text and you will receive Information Message 4304 when you try to create, save or send the message. |
4.Click 'OK'.
The image is updated with the changes.
