Seat maps enable you to provide a visual representation of your venue or event’s seat layout. By default, a venue’s seat map is defined for all events associated with the corresponding venue.
You can add seat maps to the kiosk as static background images. Static background images provide an outline of your venue. By default, the kiosk displays the venue’s 'Detailed Image' or event’s 'Alternate Detailed Image'.

To enable customers to view your seat map:
1.If required, create a seatMapImages folder in the %AudienceView%\UI\Online directory.
For example, C:AudienceView\UI\Online\seatMapImages.
2.Save your seat map image as a .JPEG.
3.Place your seat map image into the %AudienceView%\UI\Online\seatMapImages directory.
4.Associate this seat map image with the appropriate venue or event. To do this, specify the name and location of the seat map image in either of the following:
a.Event Configuration - Venue|Basic page 'Detailed Image' field.
b.Event Configuration - Event|Basic page 'Alternate Detailed Image' field.
