You can use this process in instances where your seat map image for the event varies slightly from the actual venue (the colour of the seats are different).
The seating arrangement you define for an event, cannot vary from the seating arrangement you define for your venue. If your venue’s seating arrangement varies, depending upon the event type, you must define a separate venue for every seating arrangement.
If you have the same seat map image for all events, you can specify this image in the events' venue.
To associate a kiosk seat map image with a specific event, perform the following:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Event tab.
The Events|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the venue that you want to work with.
The Events|Basic page appears.
4.Specify the relative directory of the seat map image in the 'Alternate Detailed Image' field.
5.Specify the width of the image, in pixels, in the 'Alternate Detailed X-Size' field.
6.Specify the height of the image, in pixels, in the 'Alternate Detailed Y-Size' field.
7.Click 'Apply'.
