Information For example, you can configure a customer marketing field to display a question, such as How did you find out about this event? as the label. The question will appear on the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page. When a customer places an order through the box office, you can ask the question and then input the answer in the available field. This information can then be tracked via a BI Query. |
To configure one of the above marketing data fields, navigate to the node and customize an existing node or click 'New Node'.
