There is a total of 18 configurable fields that can be displayed and used in the customer values section of the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page:
•Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store numbers (9 digits).
•Big Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store large numbers (37 digits).
•Fixed Integer [1-6]: These six field can display and store predefined number values
To enable the above fields in the customer values section of the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::
▪Integer [1-6] nodes.
▪Big Integer [1-6] nodes.
OR
▪Fixed Integer [1-6] nodes.
3.Enter the name that you want to display next to the field in the 'Label' field.
4.Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
5.Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
6.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
