The customer statistics section of the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page displays the customer's any membership points that a customer might have accrued, how many other customers have the same membership and where the customer ranks among the membership, as well as a number of integer fields.
There is a total of 21 configurable fields that can be displayed and used:
•Points: The total number of points earned by the customer
•Rank: The customer's rank out of all of the current members.
•Total Members: The total number of customers who are currently members
•Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store numbers (9 digits).
•Big Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store large numbers (37 digits).
•Fixed Integer [1-6]: These six field can display and store predefined number values
To enable the above fields in the customer statistics section of the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::

▪Rank node
▪Total Members node
▪Integer [1-6] nodes.
▪Big Integer [1-6] nodes.
OR
▪Fixed Integer [1-6] nodes.
3.Enter the name that you want to display next to the field in the 'Label' field.
4.Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
5.Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
6.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
Hint If you update a data field and you want to be able to report against that field in Business Intelligence, update the same field in the corresponding Collection Object. |
