There are a number of configurable data fields that can be used to collect and report on customer information that can be used for marketing purposes:
•Event data fields display in the event data section of the Event Configuration - Events|Basic page.
•Admission data fields display on the Event Configuration - Events|Seats|Edit and Admissions Management|Seats pages.
To change the name or other attributes of these data fields:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.If you want to set the data following data fields:
•Event Data Fields: Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSperformanceBO::Marketing::Data [1 - 16] node(s).
•Admission Data Fields (on the Events|Seats|Edit page): Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSperformanceBO::Admission::Data [1 - 9] node(s).
•Admission Data Fields (on the Admission Management|Seats page): Navigate to the Registry::EN::Collection Objects::TSperformanceCO::Seats::Data [1 - 9] node(s).
3.Modify the key values, as appropriate.

The maximum number of characters the user can enter into the field. This applies if you allow the user to enter text into the field.

Mode |
Specifies the accessibility of this marketing data field. The mode options are: oReadable: Select Yes to enable users to see this field on their interface. oWriteable: Select Yes to enable users to set a value for this field. oUnbound: Specifies whether the field is bound to the specified list (No) or enabled for users to enter their own value (Yes). oPersistable: Specifies that the field information can be saved to the database. oOptional: Specifies whether the field is an optional field. oMasked: Select Yes to enable data masking. If you select Yes, you must specify how to mask the data using the 'Mask' field.
The three possible settings are: ▪Default: The generally anticipated use of the field ▪Yes: Field option is active ('Optional' set to Yes indicates an optional field) ▪No: Field option is active ('Optional' set to No indicates a mandatory field) |

Alters the way that data is presented or validated (selecting Color enables the colour selector). |
4.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
