You can disable the ability to leave single seats. This configuration determines whether or not a user can make a seat selection that will result in a lone (single) seat being left in a row. You can overwrite the defaults at the role level in Application Security. For more information, refer to Application Security - Roles.
To enable or disable the ability to leave single seats:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the System::Business Objects::TSorderBO.
3.From the 'Disable ability to leave orphaned single seats' dropdown, select either:
▪Yes: Does not allow single seats to remain.
▪No: Allows single seats to remain.
You must also select the Allowed to Leave Single Seats 'Option' on the Application Security - Roles|Basic page.
4.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
