Search for Tokenized Payments Using the Last Four Digits of a Card Number |

To add the 'Masked Card Number' field to the Order Search BIs to allows you to search by the card's last four digits:
1.Open Business Intelligence and Reports from the Desktop
2.Select the Business Intelligence tab.
The Business Intelligence|Search page appears.
3.Select Saved Order Search from the 'Folder' field.
4.Click 'Search'.
At least two results are returned: Advanced Order Search and Default Order Search.
5.Select the Default Order Search BI query.
The Business Intelligence|Results page appears.
6.Select the Criteria tab.
The Business Intelligence|Criteria page appears.
7.Search for and select Payment Masked Account Number (search for masked – there are only two fields with this word).
8.Select Ends from the 'Condition' dropdown.
9.Click 'Update Details'.
10.The new field will appear at the top of the current criteria section with a blank 'Load Order' field. To place it in order, scroll down, see what the last number is and add the next number to the empty 'Load Order' field.
12.Do the same for any other Order Search BI you have where you would like the new field to appear.
Now if you click 'Load New Search' on the Customer Services - Order|Search page, you will see two fields in the output. You only need to use one. Either of them will work. To use the field, enter the last four digits of the card number in one of the two fields and click 'Search'.
