There are a few include files (.INC.ASP) that get used within the majority of the online pages (headers and prompts). You can customize field labels, buttons and messages.

Displays 3-D Secure related labels when an applicable payment method is used.
•accountHeader.inc
Displays the account header across all of the My Account pages.
•accountNav.inc
Displays the various options within My Account (Ticket History, Offers, Friends).
•brand_top.inc
Displays the Logout and Help buttons throughout the site.
•common.inc
Displays the availability threshold indicators.
•customer_notifications.inc
Displays various customer notifications in the header across the site.
•error.inc
Displays error message labels in various parts of the site.
•flowIndicator.inc
Displays the customer's progress through the checkout flow.
•hc.inc
Displays the human check (hc) screen when tickets are added to the order.
•head.inc
Displays general messages used throughout the site.
•lookupAddress.inc
Displays messages that appear when using address verification.
•order_info.inc
Displays general seating information throughout the site (section, row, seat).
•promoCode.inc
Displays the promotion code box where customers can enter access codes.
•seatMessages.inc
Displays messages assigned to seats in the shopping cart.
•spotLight.inc
Displays the internal spotlight messages.
