Once you have created an article, you can adjust its details, if necessary, and create a copy of it under a new name.

To create a copy of an article:

1.Open Content Management from the Desktop.

2.Select the Articles tab.
The Articles|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the article that you would like to copy.
The Articles|Basic page appears.

4.Change the name of the article in the 'Name' field.
You will not be able to copy the article unless the name is changed.

5.Click 'Save Copy'.
A window confirms that the article was created.

6.Click 'OK'.
