If you have created an article erroneously, or no longer need the article, you can delete the article.

Caution

Once an article has been deleted, it will no longer exist in the system. You will also lose all article information as a result. If the article is on-calendar, you will not be able to delete the article. For more information, refer to Article Calendar Entries.

To delete an article:

1.Open Content Management from the Desktop.

2.Select the Articles tab.
The Articles|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the article you would like to delete.
The Articles|Basic page appears.

4.Click 'Delete'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the article.

5.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the article was deleted.

6.Click 'OK'.
