The Correspondence - Messages|Filters page allows you to use specified criteria when sending messages. Typically, the Messages|Filters page will not be enabled.
When Desktop users send messages, they will be able to use the criteria created within the filter, but unless they have access to the Messages|Filters page they will not be able to see what criteria is used as filtering.
