The Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page displays the customer’s existing memberships.

 

Memberships can be earned through donations, the purchase of a miscellaneous items, the accumulation of points or they can be assigned manually.

 

The following image illustrates the Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page:

Click 'Add Membership' to add a new membership to the account.

 

Click 'Add Points' to add a points to a customer's membership

 

Select a membership to expand the Membership Details section. This allows you to edit the 'Start Date' and the 'Expiry Date' of the membership. When a membership has been selected, the row will appear blue (in the default theme).

The Membership Details section of the Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Created On

A read-only field that displays the date the membership was assigned to or earned by the customer.

Total Points

A read-only field that displays the total points associated with the membership.

Membership

A read-only field that displays the name of the membership held by the customer.

Membership Level

A read-only field that displays the level of the membership held by the customer.

Start Date

The start date for the membership. If you leave this field blank, the current date is automatically entered.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the membership.

'Add Membership'

Enables you to add a membership to an account.

'Add Points'

Enables you to add a points to a customer's membership.
