Entitlements - Memberships, Benefits, Passes & Offers

Entitlements consist of various types of items that can be earned or assigned to a customer. Through the use of promotions and promotion access codes, entitlements can grant customers discounts and access to events.

 

Customers receive the membership and its associated points and benefits and/or passes as soon as an item is added to their orders.

Points earned through purchases impact a customers membership level.

For example, Membership X has two levels:

Level 1: 1 to 6 points

Level 2: 7 or more points

A customer who has already earned 4 points then purchases a bundle and earns 3 more points. The customer now has a total of 7 points, and earns Level 2 of the membership.

 

Entitlements include:

Memberships

Earned through donations, the purchase of admissions, miscellaneous items or bundles, or assigned manually. Memberships may also carry benefits.

Benefits

Earned through a membership or assigned ad hoc.

Passes

Used to hold a customer’s admissions. Passes can be given to a customer with the purchase of a bundle, event or miscellaneous item.

Offers

Can be assigned to a customer based upon order history.
