The Order|History|Exchanges page contains a detailed list of the order’s exchange history. When you select an exchange record, a pop-up appears displaying the details of the exchange.

User Name |
The user associated with the exchange. |
Order Exchange Audit Time |
The date and time that the exchange occurred. |
User Role Name |
The role of the user’ associated with the exchange. |
Bundle Name |
The name of the bundle that the admission was exchanged from. |
Delivery Method |
The delivery method for the exchanged admissions. |

The Exchange From section displays the admissions from the original order and the Exchange To section displays the new admissions.

The name of the event associated with the admission. |
Event Start Date |
The date and time of the event. |
Section Name |
The section in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Row |
The row in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Seat |
The seat number/letter of the admission. |
Order Admission Amount |
The cost of the admission, including taxes and event level charges. |
