If there is an existing event that is no longer of use anymore, with permission, you can delete the event.

If an admission for the event has been sold (at any time), the event cannot be deleted.

If the event has general admission allocations or attached price chart, they need to be removed before deletion. If the event has been added to a bundle, it will also need to be removed.

To delete an existing event:

1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Events tab.
The Events|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the event that you want to work with.
The Events|Basic page appears.

4.Click 'Delete'.
The application prompts you to confirm the deletion of the event

5.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the event was deleted.

6.Click 'OK'.
