The Event Configuration - Events|Search page allows you to search for and select previously saved event. When the 'Search' button is clicked, results that match the entered search criteria are displayed in the select event section. When an event is selected the Events|Basic page appears, allowing you to view and edit the basic details of the selected event.

The Event Configuration - Events|Search page enables you to search for existing events using the following criteria:

Date (from-to range) |
Filters the search based on the event date range. Click |
Time |
Filters the search based on the start time range of the event. |
Day of Week |
Filters the search based on the day(s) of the week on which the event falls. |
Venue |
Filters the search based on the name of the venue(s) associated to the event. Click |
Event Code |
Filters the search based on the event code. |
Event Name |
Filters the search based on the event name. |
Series Name |
Filters the search based on the series to which the event belongs. |
Price Chart ID |
Filters the search based on the price chart associated to the event. This could be the price chart associated to any pricing version. Click |
Price Chart Start Date |
Filters the search based on the date range between which the events price chart begins. Click |
Price Chart End Date |
Filters the search based on the date range between which the events price chart begins. Click |
Organization |
Filters the search based on the organization associated with the event. Click |
Contract |
Filters the search based on the contract that is associcated with the event. |
Event Keywords |
Filters the search based on the keywords associated to the event. |
